Established in 1989, Brooks Precision Engineering Ltd. has been providing sub-contract engineering to a comprehensive selection of clients for over 20 years.

Our focused invlovement in high quality CNC turning and milling has attracted the custom of the medical, electronic, motorsport and construction industries from accross the country. Such custom and establishment , essentially within the medical industry, has developed our phenomenal appreciation for extreme tolerances. Where such components are often used at microscopic levels.

Over the years we have accustomed ourselves to working with an array of materials and processes and are able to offer our expertise in the machining of non ferrous materials, polymers and titanium. While we are able to work with next to any material we pride ourselves on our work with titanium and less endorsed materials, usually neglected by other sub-contractors.

Our Services
We specialise in sliding head machining, which offers;

• High quality turning.
• Quicker cycle times compared to conventional CNC lathes.
• Driven tools eliminate the need for second operations, hence reducing cost per part over larger quantities.

We also offer conventional CNC turning and CNC milling.
